anime characters don't have real proportions that are realistic and remain consistent relative to each other, they don't follow anatomy because they are stylized so things don't match together and you can't really measure one thing to determine another one
however it's possible to judge how they look overall to make an artistic guess
I have a lot of experience over analyzing real and fictional breasts and honestly I think she'd be between H, I and J
so I'd just average it and say she's an I cup
simple put K cups are just too big for her size but anything under H would just fall too short
