Haachama still seems to operate in the "pre Kanata hanging" model of trust with her personal manager and the upper manager.
She informs about her general plans and gets an "OK go" for the most part and follows through with it.
As she stays within the absolute max level of what's still acceptable she has their trust for the most part.

I don't know if EN management EVER operated in this model of trust but I'll assume they don't and the girls have to navigate the same "post Kanata hanging" imposed red tape
