From the Apex VOD, Astel said he banned "donmai" and "ganbare" (both hiragana) from his chat (if you didn't know hiragana kawaii is also banned).

His reasoning
>He's already working hard and doing his best, he'd rather people scold him
>He doesn't mind hearing those words from teammates but for people uninvolved it's not encouraging
>He likes "fight!" Ganbare sounds like a command to him
>It's not about restricting people, he thinks it's important the chat is varied and not full of the same thing, because then people with a different opinion will be afraid to comment

Bonus: Someone asked him why he hasn't been using English much lately, he said it's just because there's less English comments and that even kaigai are probably using more Japanese more. He said it's okay to use English.
