for VShojo, she just gave her the usual 'I'm open to collabs with everybody' response and praised them as independent talents that rose into significance with their own work (which is typical for Mori), but they were never someone she talked about actively pursuing collabs with (considering none of them make music their content focus, that's to be expected)
for Charlie, she wasn't the one to initiate the collab idea (came from him after the TT shoutout), and even then the initial mentions came from fans prodding - and Mori just leaned into the fan feedback, because she sees herself obliged to her watchers first, management second (which is pretty standard Holo behavior); after her more 'core' fanbase had a chance to speak up during the T2 stream, the idea started dying off as she simply seen that it wasn't necessary what people who follow her most devotedly wished to see

this is the only part that's worth agreeing with, but it mainly relates to Mori realizing she should focus on the overall vtuber landscape, since she's no longer just a 'musician/content creator', but someone existing in the overall vtuber landscape; it taken a while because she kept identifying herself as the former for at least 4-5 years beforehand
