In all seriousness, dont just make a fighting game. Make a fighting game for streamers, so chuubas want to stream it.
Add twitch/youtube integrability, make viewers participants, add a default "chat controls the character" like with twitch plays pokemon go.
Give the ability to autocombos assist AI, items, etc
Let chuubas have fun kicking everyone ass despite sucking at the game
Try to reproduce the experience of world tour of fighting mobs but instead of mobs they are the players and the chuuba is the "hero" that needs to beat us all
Basically go the cope route SF6 and do a Final Fight game instead where streamer is the mc and the viewers are the mooks
Particularly strong players can be bossfights etc

Check king of the castle and cult of lamb for ideas. The games might suck but people just have fun watching vtubers play
