Yes, Gura has somewhat declined but she still has karaoke streams that will get a lot of views. Coco and some others get low numbers in normal game streams but their special streams still keep them popular. Coco is at least top 5 most popular in Hololive when looking at her rr views and revenue. Same with Rushia, she's insanely popular though gets less than 20k views at times. Also, Gura has a chance of revitalizing herself if/when she gets her 3D.

Gura doesn't even have paypigs, which is weird. You'd think out of those 2.5 million subs one of them will drop big akasupas but no. Mori, Kiara and almost all the JPs have more paypigs than Gura. Chumbuds are really cheapskates and not that loyal to her.
