It's so easy for them to turn this around now. They won't do it, but it would be easy. The battle plan should be something like:
>pull a Suisei to start, say "no streams until x", they know their deadlines, cancelling is worse than not having a schedule
>ring up an artist, ask them to convert some of their FUWAMOCO art into wallpapers, release as bonuses for Doggy monthly
>change their Twitter posting style, don't say "we worked hard today!" say "we had lunch with Advent today and ordered (meal item)" or "we listened to some idol music today, they have numbers in their name. Do you know who we mean Ruffians?"
>do a goodnight voice tweet on occasion, can even do bathtub fanservice as a ploy
>ask mane-chan for a recommended dietician and physical trainer, start improving their health
>be in bed for at least 8 hours with no phone, try and get 6-7 hours of sleep and build a routine around this

Basically, start building healthy habits and go for real engagement and rewards to keep everyone happy. These could carry forward as well and they can re-think their scheduling for streams as well. If they are going to be more idol-focused (following their dreams) then drop all streams on MWF except FWMC Morning. Make those always be homework days unless they have a completely empty schedule on those days. This can help them get more sleep since they don't always have to get up "early" to stream, and they would still be able to have one stream per day (to the NA audience) if they wanted. Other than that they are excellent at streams and know how to game the system for subs so let them keep doing what they like in terms of stream selection once they are back in the swing of things.
