You can find the required DL's (Koikatsu Game, CharaStudio [scene editor], mods and HF Patch for content and stuff) on /h/'s kk thread, but I can make a short blurb on how to use scenes and cards

Character "Cards" can be loaded in FreeH and CharaStudio by drag-and-drop, or manually by placing them in UserData/chara. "Scenes" are preset environments for CharaStudio that you can load by dragging them in or manually inside UserData/studio/scene.
