I have, but I’m (probably) the other anon Guranon mentioned in that guide. I can tell you Fisting is a faster loop breaking method than any other. At least it was prior to new updates; haven’t tested since the new feedback and stealth downgrades, mind you.

I will say the same thing I always say. I have only ever copied and pasted straight from Wikipedia articles. I do not clean up citations. Bots have never picked them up before. They have, however, picked up quotation marks and ellipses if present in the Wikipedia text, so avoid text with those.
I also do not usually ask more questions after text dumps; I attach one question to the end of each dump, get a response, rate and select the best, and repeat until fixed. Depending on loop severity, it has taken anywhere from 25-90 minutes.

A lot is still unknown about the optimal methods, I imagine. Good luck.
