Kind of, but her streams are genuinely still a lot of fun whenever she actually shows up. Watching any other vtuber just doesn't scratch the same itch anyway, so I don't need to believe her when she says she's going to improve her consistency - I'll still enjoy her streams even if I know she's probably not actually going to be more consistent with them.
The "EN Ayame" comparison is honestly fair, and really, that's not the dealbreaker it's made out by people to be. She could be like Kaela and have consistent, long streams where she barely talks or makes any effort to be interesting, I'd rather do pretty much anything else than watch a vtuber like that.
