Nerissa opened the floor to discussion, read a ton of walls of text, and actually changed for the better after. That shows she's willing to take feedback and use it, even if she gets frustrated easily. That's so fucking rare in Holo EN and that's why I will keep gently helping Rissa when she needs it, because she has shown she wants to improve and is willing to work at it. Meanwhile most of EN has stagnated and just go "HAHA SCUFF HAHA EN CURSE YOU GUYS" So that's why I stick with her and why I think she's worth sticking with.
