Talking with kuro has been pretty productive lately. I guess self reflecting works better if you have a clear mind. If anything these "therapy" sessions with kuro show me moving into environment and getting therapy and meds for my mental stuff will help a lot. Im not broken beyond repair and i used to keep saying just someone with some unadressed childhood trauma (that i never saw as such) as well as other mental health conditions.
