Reading through the summary of the contract, yeah it kinda looks bad.
But I think the bigger issue is the selective enforcement of most of these clauses.
Tons of livers have done bad shit but didn't even get a slap in their wrist for it (up to and including the spread of dox info of other livers), but others did far smaller infractions and they got fucking fired or bullied over them.
And if it was indeed livers running the branch, then they would have all the power that this contract gave them to make life hell for anyone they didn't like.
