I'm in the same boat and have been in the same in the past.
I don't know if the solution is to analyze your tastes in order to easily find someone to move over to or to take a break for a few days or weeks.
In my case, it just comes down to the fact that my oshi's zatsudans are sparse and all their topics all center around their family or lewd shit, both things that I'm not particularly interested in, and I've become uninterested in their creative output by their creative output.
That said, I don't hold strong emotional attachments to the ones I watch the most, so it's probably easier on my end.
