Just dropping into that latest conversation to say that the only thing I care that should be female is a vtuber's model. A babiniku is perfectly fine.
Sure it gets weird once you imagine lewd things but at least fanart and doujin aren't voiced.

Maybe saying it's an arbitrarily chosen character trait for the purpose of adding more variety to the loli archetype would be a better way to put it. In any case, if you're aware that lolis are essentially 2D children, and you see a character without knowing anything about her and you think she looks like a loli, that means she's a loli. There's no need to try too hard to set limits, Japan is very relaxed about this so people should follow their example.
