Heh, great minds think alike.
I'm currently just doing it the simple way by using the lora combo on your model, rather than merging both models. A merge might be more stable tho. I feel it gets a fair amount of artefacting, and especially hands and creases look a bit off, but it's got a certain charm to it.
Gonna continue tweaking the lora weights and seeing what works.
