It's unironically pretty cash if you don't hate your family, when I was 17 my parents decided to do this with our grandparents and our aunts and uncles, my grandpa had like 50 acers worth of land just doin' nothing so we said fuck it and just stuck the whole family there. I thought I would hate it but it was pretty sick basically living with all my cousins but in separate houses.
