have 0 advice on bijou's approach to using guides and stuff, as i am not Bijou, but i am something of a gamer myself and i shall assist to the best of my abilities.
1st and foremost, you must enjoy the game you are playing. no exceptions. you won't learn (or at least have a very hard time getting good) if you don't like what you play.
2nd, you must attempt to improve your gameplay. This does NOT mean "castrate the tools the game has given to you/set arbitrary limits on yourself for the sake of "challenge"" I.E
>"Beat Primordial Malzeno in Monster Hunter Rise without wirebugging and no evasion skills/defeat Elden Beast with fists only"
and castrate your entire interest in even playing the game.
just play the game how you normally would, and you'll aquire skill to learn and adapt to situations with tact and grace.
All and all, it's pretty easy to be a gamer, just gotta play games. Hell, if you play monster hunter (depending if on console or not) i would be more than happy to play with you to see if you got what it takes (the bar isn't exactly high)
