Well, we can say that she has two forms, human form in which she's regular vtuber height like 1.50 m, or 4'10", and fairy size in which she's 25 cm or 10 inches. Her height was mentioned during debut, and I have no idea if she has talked about it since then.
It's just kayfabe, I'm not sure if she uses it in any way. For example, in her debut she also listed her gender as "unknown" or "genderless" or something like that. But she's just a regular woman, that information doesn't really matter.
