I've read tons of loli manga, but most Josei or loli manga focused on female audience are very different from the ones for male. Prisma Illya is way too much for females, some may like it but mostly because of the design of the characters. Most material targeted for female audience and written for female lolicon artist have some sort of pattern. Usually loli x Cool Alpha Old man, that is some sort of self insert kind of story or some have story driven romance with lots of drama. Some examples I can remember now: Koi Kaze, Mizu to Gin, Smoke & honey, Hakka Shoujo, Taimashi to Akuma-chan.
