i think callie being a sort of full dive otaku is kinda part of her appeal too
most people wouldn't really go along with the magical girl stuff if she was a flesh streamer. i could see a fleshtuber doing magical girl cosplay but the rest of the kayfabe stuff would probably just be seen as a weird fetish and something that distracts from say, her work taking care of strays.
