Looked into it.
It appears that Alice's mods reached out to Roxy (Mouse's manager), who turned them down.
If you know Roxy at all (a no-nonsense hardass), and look at the situation (the mods of a complete stranger asking for Mouse to sign a Christmas card), it's pretty obvious why she declined them.

Mouse more than likely wasn't even made aware of the request.

You can probably imagine just how often people pop up out of nowhere asking for Mouse's recognition or a small favor, with any number of stories that may or may not be true.
Most managers would politely tell you to fuck off, but especially Roxy.
