Fuwatani is Bea's daughter and successor.
Bea didn't take a break because she needed to rest, but because she was (1) pregnant, which we knew since she missed her period, and (2) dying, the cystitis was just one of many symptoms, but she didn't disclose the rest.
Beacuse she knew this, and thanks to Bea being trapped inside Windows XP, she asked Chihiro to change the date on her PC so that Bea could give birth much earlier, at the cost of Fuwatani resulting in a mouthless deformed furry blob.
Bea is probably dead by now, but she entrusted Chihiro with taking care of Fuwatani, so that she could lead the future of her channel, which she already took ownership of.
However, as can be seen on the videos already released, Chihiro has been abusing Fuwatani in various ways, maybe she still holds onto some grudge or something, the same thing that led her into trapping Bea. She force fed her many fruits that could be poisonous to her (polar bears are carnivorous), she tortured her with a fork, and just in the last video she squeezed her in her hand as if trying to crush her. Yet as Fuwatani said herself, she is immortal, probably as a consequence of the time travel during her birth.
So it rests to see what happens in the next video, maybe Chihiro will find a way to put a definitive end to Fuwatani (and perhaps she will then take control of the channel), or Fuwatani will somehow defeat Chihiro.
