Literally, none of what you said suggests that either she's in the wrong or that Nijisanji is in the right or even that they didn't completely fuck up her entire case.

All that you're saying is "Actually, you shouldn't feel bad for Selen because.... uh, she could potentially be rich and unknowledgeable about law?"
It's the dumbest fucking attempt at a smear campaign I've seen yet. it only makes me think that you either have an agenda or you're so desperate to protect your own image of Nijisanji that you're grasping at any straws that you see.

>What if she actually did break their policy guidelines twice(or more)
Then NijisanjiEN is entirely on their right to terminate her contract on the spot, but not allowing her to stream for weeks (her direct and only source of income), keeping her from making public statements, and not saying anything to her or the fans about what the fuck is going on is just a vindictive method to punish her before firing her, as if she were a child. It's not only abusive from AnyColor's part, is entirely unproffesional.

>actually did record vox
Not inherently morally questionable or illegal. This is allowed in one-party-consent countries like Canada. You are entirely on your right to record conversations you're involved in.
This is how whistleblowers and investigations work, and something entirely reasonable for someone who has been through emotional manipulation to do in order to ensure they don't second guess themselves if someone tries to gaslight them about the past.
>and actually almost doxxed a bunch of their talents in a legal document
"almost doxxed" is not an argument. Is doxxed or not doxxed.
It's a confidential l;egal document passed between lawyers of one party to another. It's perfectly natural for the names of both parties to be in the document, and for this document to be handled with care. Doki/Selen didn't reveal the existence of this document nor its contents to the public on her own. NijiEN did, and Doki merely presented her side of the story on how and why that document existed, and didn't dox anyone.

>What if it's actually entirely legal for ewiwa and friends to talk about the lawsuit
Then they are on the right to see it and talk about it, but doing a stream and then publicly ousting themselves as the people mentioned on that document is the stupidest thing they could've done, and shows how hypocritical NijiEN is about their favoritism of their talents and who they allow and give a pass to those who break NDAs, because even if NijiEN talents are legally allowed to talk on stream about the contents of the document, they are still breaking their own NDAs doing so and AnyColor would be perfectly on their right to fire them on the spot. They fact they don't shows they're using the talents as they own PR team in order to smear Doki, just like you're doing right now.

How do you explain Nijisanji EN constantly bumbling about making themselves look terrible by constantly contradicting their own story, putting out more hit pieces against her while she seemingly wants nothing to do with them anymore unlike Cover's class act, and the general lack of PR wisdom on knowing how to handle this situation?
