here is the thing, the ammount of vtubers has grown exponentially compared to 2 years ago, so its obvious a percentage of them are gonna retire, just like ANY hobby or job out there, people move on, its that simple.

and second, a high percentage of them also come back under different personas, so does it really matter? its only truly sad when they die like ugoku chan though I guess its also sad when they just poof away from the internet and you never hear of them again, (RIP monoe)
