/vt/ - Virtual Youtubers

Caretaker here.
A strange request, but does anyone have good knowledge of html or code for mediawiki? I have a idea for the teams wiki page but no idea how to manage it.
In short; it's an image that stick to the bottom of the page (exampled attached).
