Early /wvt/ was amazing, but when too many people found out it was ruined and became a detriment to anyone who would selfpost. It's now basically dead. I say all this having been there since day one.
I think holding yourself to a high standard is a great idea, as long as you pace yourself.
At the end of the day, FlaVR is not a real corpo. It's nice that it functions as a group, but you will always have bandwagoning because people will try and milk it for free clout for years to come.
My advice to any of you FlaVR chuubas? Quit while you're still ahead. Know when this is no longer useful for you and GET OUT. The connections you are making right now because of this FlaVR thing will be useful, but don't be afraid to strike out on your own either.
You don't need to be a part of FlaVR to succeed! It's useful because it's gotten you some good publicity, but that won't last forever. Overall, I'm happy it has inspired some people to stream, it's nice if everyone is having a good time. But know that you can't stop the cloutchasers and weirdos, they'll always be around, and at some point it may be a better move to drop the FlaVR tag entirely if this is something you enjoy and want yo contiue doing.
TL;DR, make the best you can of this time, don't tolerate assholes and creeps, and don't be afraid to move on from this. And for fucks sake, DON'T numberfag, do your reps, and above all, HAVE FUN.
