Which one FDM or SLA?

I have been trying printing Moona figure for months and the results are SHIT, not because of I'm using FDM printer but more off skill issues. I'm sucks at 3D modeling.
All Moona's 3D Models available out there are lowpoly, all those polygon expose on print results, not god. Like really

Ffs where's are you Highpoly Moons ,hip and thighs. I want to feel it that smooth , the curves I want feel it with my fingers.
