it's mostly on many layers of irony and more an extreme parody of the world these days. as in it mocks poster, maker, and receiver, all at once.

as an example that gura picture right there -- it's silly and dumb. yet you could imagine someone from /pol/ thinking it's an epic own. likewise you can imagine someone seeing it and taking it seriously -- taking THAT seriously... likewise it's hilarious someone decided to post that, and that it's on the catalog.
