This is why groups like Homostars and early holoID thrive.
While homos may not be as successful as their sister branches, they remain profitable and contribute positively to Cover's overall earnings. Cover has no reason to axe'd Homostars, considering they still generate a 2-5% profit, and any sensible businessman wouldn't axe a revenue source, no matter how small, unless they were financially strained or the product truly flops that doesnt generate zero profit. if every corpo have mindset like numbernigger vtuber industry would be fucking dead and also people forgot that some talent are late-bloomer (like Kaela, Pekora, Fauna ,Roberu and Astel).Not everyone becomes instantly popular, but with hard work and support from management, talents can shine. Cover's willingness to support underperformers and avoid the 'banishment room' mentality like every black company would set them apart from other companies that prioritize profit over faith in their talents, and that's truly rare in the corporate world.
