I don't think it's hard at all to imagine that Gura still cares about us and is just having a hard time.
All the stress from her health issues, Japan trip, Birthday prep, Concert, and whatever other summer projects that management piles deadlines on her for is probably adding up quite a lot. We also have no idea to what extent her health problems affect her.
While being stressed and overworked, she neglected communicating with her fans for a while, and now the longer she doesn't say anything the harder it becomes. At this point she can't dispel the tension by tweeting some cute nonsense like usual, she has to actually come up with a proper apology/explanation, and you know how much she struggles even with writing normal messages, let alone something serious. It wouldn't be 'just a couple minutes' to write a message.
With all this stress and anxiety, it's easy to run away from your problems and play video games or browse social media. I do the exact same thing. Playing games probably makes her feel even more guilty because she knows she should be saying something to us. I imagine she's in a pretty bad place right now, even if she can put on a happy face for streams.

Hasn't Gura been your source of escapism many times? Have some patience with her while she deals with her own problems, even if that involves escapism and ignoring responsibilities
