Went to check the stats on that. While the karaoke and reaction content is certainly no debuff, it also isn't much of a buff either compared to her usual numbers (note that the max ccv is incorrect for the latest stream on the image, but is correct when you click on the indivdiual page for that stream). Granted that the 10k and above ccvs are all buff collab games or minecraft, but then the narrative would shift to "she does buff streams all the time".
