They coulda made her agree to it without her knowledge...

From the contract she was probably under:
>In the event that Party A amends this Agreement, Party A shall notify Party B in writing the details of the amendments.
>In the event that Party B does not object to any amendments in the terms of this Agreement within 14 days after the notice pursuant to the preceding paragraph, Party B shall be deemed to have agreed to the amendments in this Agreement. **The same shall apply if Party B conducts ANY ACTIVITY under this Program within the same period.**
So they could have just amended her contract with this whole silencing contract, in its entirety, and she would have officially accepted it by doing any of her vtuber activities: logging onto the company discord, tweeting, streaming, anything at all involving the "Program", and she would have been automatically locked in, whether she read the changes or not. They can just send written notice by freight mail.

What saved her from that, was the fact that she was suspended, and thus could not log into any of her "Vtuber activities".

Coulda unsuspended her for a day and tricked her into logging in, and thus accept all the new terms, but I guess they didn't think of that.

Fucking dodged a bullet there - even if this whole thing is ultimately unenforceable.
