Sure, here's Towa. I picked her because she has the fps audience. With half the ccv she doesn't have a 3 minute span of under 100 chats per minute let alone the ~20 minute span that I posted for Kuzuha's stream. It's not that I don't understand that Apex can get boring for a minute or two with chat slow down, but Kuzuha was below 100 chats/min for a straight ~20 minutes while the ccv was increasing which is just weird.
