Hot take, but I think our more vocally proficient vtubers would make excellent E-sports commentary announcers if they too a brief class on the games and players they cover.
That said I think pokemon style games, and turn based games in general are slow paced enough for vocally proficient vtubers to be able to do what they do best, and play games at the same time.

Ideas for vtuber videos? Here's one: vtuber explains how they organize their streams in less than 30 minutes.

When is the next /wvt/ convention/expo? Who will be appearing? What sort of food will be available? What sort of drinks will be available?
Will there be a presentation? Do you think any cosplayers will dress up as their favorite /wvt/ vtuber!?
I think I'd make a good Caleb cosplay. I'm short but my legs are big and muscley like a stupid ARK randomly generated character. Do you think anyone will pay to take pictures with cosplayers? Who will organize it?
Will there be any gameplay tournament? Do you think the loser will buy everyone sandwich?

Vtubers should admit that their audience was given to them through raid exposure. Your viewers never searched for your content, and they aren't there for you. Your viewers were dropped on you or recommended to you through a lobotomized algorithm.
This is nothing to be ashamed of but it's something you must accept if you want to grow.
If you want to grow, and clout chase then survey and quiz your viewers to better understand how to appeal to and retain them.
Otherwise be yourself, and stream to 0views on twitch for 7 years.
