To be fair, I've had some weird fantasies about doing anything it takes to help someone out with some bowel issues but It's the thought of being able to devote myself to someone to such a degree and how completely loved and cared for it would make them feel as opposed to a scat-fetish. I have a strong constitution and see it in very naturalistic terms because I grew up around farming but actually getting aroused by someone's emissions?
