Those aren't bad numbers. Last bad number petra got was the collab with amicia. Since then her worst has been 800 peak.
And no matter how much you say that Petra is a turn off to others, that won't make this true. It's the same argument as always about one pov collab when the same holds true for Elira going to Hada and Seffyna channel, or Millie going to Etna and Cia. She can do good numbers with games and collabs but her main thing are the non-gaming streams as you can see here by study, piano and zatsudans being her highest ones
