The only brown girl I've seen at the least orbiting around any of the Phase girl's has been Kurai. She interacts back and forth with Tenma and Pippa a lot. Not sure if she's Phase material but she's the only one I'd ever imagine would get in as an Invader. Her model is really sex but she doesn't have much of an established audience when it comes to numbers.

Doubt Sakana would ever allow an actual brown girl in though.
