Keep in mind it's based on each viewer and their location and device. So a viewer from Indonesia will get served an Indonesian ad. or at least someone who paid to serve to ID viewers of that demo/topic. While someone from America will get served an ad paid for to target at Americans, even if they are watching the same video. It's not just location though, every topic has its own rate, Google's system lets you bid your ad specifics so the price goes up for popular or profitable topics, like finance or beauty (generalizing, it's way more specific than that). Anime and gaming are low CPM. You can google all of this if you want to know more.
Likewise, you only get paid if the ad actually gets served, so adblock = no pay (Indonesia has the biggest rate of adblock in the world). Mobile = more likely to get paid since its difficult to adblock the YT app.
