It is. I don't know how to translate it entirely. But, I can point to this:
>aku arep ngaturake paribasan, dandhang diunekake kuntul, kuntul diunekake dandhang
It can be roughly translated as:
>I want to share a proverb: "Crow got called a stork, stork got called a crow."
It essentially means "The wrong thing is called a right, the right thing is called a wrong."

Picrel. TL: "You're evil crow! Carcass eater!"

The problem is "kuntul" can be spun off to "kontol", a popular Indonesian slang. It means "dick", or ちんちん
