Okayu formed Doroken, a company which loans diamonds with a flat 10% interest rate. They set up a stall at this year's summer festival and lent diamonds for Holos to use on the horse races. Holos who lost and couldn't pay back the diamonds received a notice that they would be sent to Neko Neko Island where they would mine back the diamonds they owed. Okayu and Friends built the facility in a diamond rich area and made games where debtees could win diamonds to pay off their loans. Watame made a slot machine for the summer festival but was comissioned by Okayu to build another one on Neko Neko Island.
