There used to be two types of dancing/singing lessons
The Cover corp's one that was just a fucking joke where the tutor was being paid to do nothing, and the ones that the girls paid themselves to do
I believe they changed that and now they have decent professionals (doubt)
Besides that, all the network and sign up are made by the talents, the managers does only strict Cover corp related shit and communicate the talent's personal projects to the upper management
They change managers periodically to avoid Mel's incident but that means that all the flow of the projects can be derailed
Some managers can't even understand how social media and internet works

All this crap and bureaucracy makes everything hard to be done and thats why the girls will be overworked, unless they literally pick and choose their management by abusing their influence in the company like Coco used to do
