Brother you are at the wrongest place and as a disclaimer, I like Matsuri but she didn't start as an FPS player. The charm point of Matsuri is that she grew to be competent enough to reach her current skill ceiling and genuinely enjoys the game.
For Mats, it's a fun game that has an added bonus of letting her hang out with her friends with minimal fuss. Her life isn't on the line.
I wouldn't recommend the VSPO girls either simply on the basis that they aren't sweatlords all the time.

They laughed at me for being a menhera Fuse main. "We can't win because we have a Fuse!". Now the day of popcorn has arrived. Also these clusters are easier to aim at long range with sniper scopes so Ars might actually want to try Fuse or even Valkyrie for the height advantage since she likes ChaRai so much. Laser them into cover and then use cluster/missile to flush them out.
