I'm not saying saying the outage is what made her depressed. I mean that even minutes before that she was chipper and in good spirits to play, and then the crashes happened as she is instantly so frustrated and upset.
In an alternate universe where everything up to that point was the same, but the DS stream didn't crash, I feel like she could have powered through and been okay.
