To this point, what I don't understand is how SHE didn't know this.

Like, I'll completely disregard the idea of NijiEN being untouchable for new audiences for now since I can see how you could convince yourself that a vertical move is still a vertical move. But how can you not know that the existing NijiEN fanbase is completely offput by the kind of content you're planning to center your career on, when they're so regularly vocal about their distaste for it?

If I don't believe that Phase Connect has any true shot at taking a real, genuine #2 position in the Youtube-based EN vtuber market should NijiEN finally relinquish the position, who would be my darkhorse selection instead?

Who is the most fundamentally sound and most forward-looking small corpo currently on the market that, with the right moves, could actually make that jump?

I'm kind of shocked that Scarle's membership stream hasn't had even the tiniest hint of a leak in any community I'm aware of.
