It's worse than not having freedom, at least the Holos while being extremely restricted also have constant guidance and support from their staff. NijiEN's staff basically does the bare minimum at all times unless it's involving Luxiem.

They have the "freedom" to do whatever they want but then it just gets arbitrarily stuck in limbo because staff has to spend all their resources translating materials to shill Luxiem in Japan instead of approving her orisong. There's no reason it should be taking this long to get it through, they knew she's been working on it since like January and could've preemptively gotten perms, but they just take the laziest fucking approach of making the livers put tons of work into their projects only to kill them at the last second.
