1. Making a definite separation in the talents into a more defined 'idol' group and a 'streamer' group, but still within the same company. A-side and B-side type deal.

Just for instance, putting Sora, AZki, Suisei, and Towa on the 'A' side, and investing a lot more time/money into their 3D models, more concerts, more/better merch, better managers, and heavy marketing, while streams are a more rare occurence, maybe a few hours a week, and would likely be more dedicated to zatsudans and karaoke. They'd be the face of the company, big moneymakers, etc. Yagoo's dream, yadayadayada.

Then on the other side would be the 'B' side, the streamer group. It would lean a lot more heavily into the gaming aspect, like the original Hololive Gamers. Tons of gaming collabs, management works on getting them whatever, looser restrictions, all that. They could of course still be making music, and even cameo in concerts as a promotional, but it would be far from their main thing, and they wouldn't be considered idols, just normal contracted streamers, more akin to Nijisanji .

2. Creating a gacha. Kinda surprised it hasn't been done yet. Something more along the lines of Bandori. All characters are unlocked in their base outfit at the start, and the gacha contains alternative skins with new voicelines, etc.
But also it would have digital goods packaged inside the gacha. Stuff like the voice packs, special wallpapers of characters, etc, that can be used outside of the game itself.

3a. Taking ahold of the translation scene. Most importantly hiring a team to make long (20min-40min) stream compilations/clips regularly. It'd draw in additional revenue while also being free advertising to non-JPs.

3b. Creating a private platform, lending much more creative freedom to their creators (while still keeping them from going too far into VShojo territory), easier stream scheduling, maybe an app, etc etc
