Oh it absolutely does mean a lot, it's still the most professional thing I've seen of the branch as of late. He's encouraging people on both sides to just calm down, not to send hate towards Zaion since she's out and there's no point in kicking her while she's down, while also still reminding people not harass any of the other livers still currently streaming. It's baffling that management isn't even as professional as he is, but at this point I'm just happy that there's one mature person working in that fucking company. This is how you stop a situation from getting out of control, just talk about it professionally and then say its time to move on. Management and some of the livers absolutely need to take a look on this clip and use it as advice with dealing with drama.
