Based. I suck at coloring, but the first thing that comes to mind is trying a direct translation of Beatani's color scheme: use the black in Beatani's jacket for the torso and arms, and then use the light blue in Beatani's dress for the lower portion of the dress. It sounds odd but if you throw some extra colors in there I think it might work.
I think you can make the bow (or whatever that tie resting on the saggers is called) bigger, if you think it's an improvement.
