Real talk: There's not been any hard evidence, but a lot of small things keep adding up.
She often shows up to streams addled to the point simple concepts are beyond her. Most substances that dope you up that badly wouldn't leave you coherent enough to play a game or speak.
Though more importantly: Gura has repeatedly dropped not-so-subtle hints whenever Kronii got like that in collabs and someone else was there, ranging from "Kronii burned the trees (/r/trees is the biggest marijuana subreddit and thus an accessible reference) to shouting out the term "Chronic".
It might of course all be nothing, but the evidence does exist and it does seem rather dense.
Note. Kronii is Canadian and thus in a place where Weed is legal.
